New Clips don't appear or Spartan pastes an older clip.

Clips do not appear even though I hear the ping
The yellow area has disappeared
Spartan shows a previous clip, not the one I just captured
Spartan has stopped capturing clips
Spartan pings but nothing is captured
Spartan copies a clip but it is one I made before
The clip Spartan captures is not the latest clip
