Easy SFX

 

Note:- Easy SFX is a DOS program - And while it runs OK under all versions of Windows, it is not suitable for distributing files which have Windows long file names.

Easy SFX creates a unique self extracting file which is also a customised installation routine. The SFX which it creates offers the user a default directory to install to and allows him to change this. It then extracts your program including any directory sub structure. After the extraction it displays your readme file and, if required, can start your program. Throughout the extraction it displays a screen customized with your company name.

If you distribute programs or data by FTP or BBS then Easy SFX is a must ! ( Unless you prefer explaining how to unzip zip files to every new customer )
