Tips to get the most from your Spartan
There are basically three distinct uses for a multi clipboard.
1. To paste pre saved
and regularly used clips.
2. To copy and paste in batches.
3. To fill forms.
Use the largest view your screen resolution will allow. Keep as many clips as possible in one sheet to avoid the need to change sheets and arrange them using alphabetic sorts or color highlighting so that you can go straight to the clip you want.
When you have more clips
than can be kept in a single sheet, make copies of your most used clips at the
same positions in all the sheets you use. That way, your most used clips will
always be available without changing sheets.
When you want to use the clipboard to copy several clips from one program before pasting them to another, create a view which shows only the clipboard area and select the "Keep on Top" option from the View / Options menu.
The clipboard will then
remain visible above your working program and you can see the clips appear as
you copy. After you paste to the other program, delete the clips and have a
clear clipboard before you start on the next batch.
