Displaying text at an angle
Create the text block you want
and click the Make it Graphical button in the Text control panel
Add a clip art arrow if you wish
Draw a box round the two items to select them and click Merge
in the multi selection control panel that appears top right.
Enter the angle to rotate and click the Deg. button
And your text image is rotated.
